Return and Refund Policy

BudNation.ca prepares every order with care. All items are sealed, packaged discreetly and shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Because we sell consumable THC and CBD products, returns are limited to specific situations described below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged or opened.
  • Your order was missing products.

To qualify for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must remain unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened THC or CBD products.
  • Consumed products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Orders delivered to the correct address but left unattended if “no signature required” was selected.

Reporting an Issue

If something is wrong with your delivery, contact us through the Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our support team will review the details and respond with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued when:

  • An item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • We are unable to ship to your location.
  • A product arrives damaged beyond use.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 7 business days to appear.

Replacement Orders

If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped at no extra cost. Replacement orders follow the same discreet packaging and tracking process as standard orders.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If the address you provided is incorrect, or if a package is unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Quality Assurance

All products are sealed, vacuum-packed and shipped from Canadian facilities following strict handling guidelines. If you receive an item that does not meet expectations, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
